It’s worth repeating the review is spoiler light for this game, but it contains spoilers for the previous games in the series. The summaries are full of spoilers for this game and all previous ones. They are also quite lengthy. Quartet Night each has two routes; Starish has one each.
Please remember this is to supplement the game, not replace the experience. Characters, plot, and visuals all belong to Broccoli. This is a fan-work meant to help others enjoy the game.

I have been looking for an English language version of this or really any Uta no Prince sama game. (or french, german, russian…)
I think all your links are to JP only versions? If you happen to have a clue where I could find an En patched one I will love you forever!
There are several summaries and mini-translations out there, but there are no foreign language versions of any of the games.
However, the mobile game is supposed to get an English version. Perhaps if that’s successful, a company may pick it up. NISA said they would look at it, but no updates in about a year and a half. Quite frankly, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
If you do decide to import it, I can recommend some sites. Of course, I’d also be willing to help explain any parts you don’t understand. The first game in particular has some good summaries, but the whole series isn’t too hard to understand because of all the typical anime/shoujo tropes.
It would be hilarious if this is what finally gets me to learn Japanese…
It’s amazing how much you pick up when you’re forced to fly blindly at points.
