Three-Day Quote Challenge #2 Day 1

Quote #1:

Really, there’s so many good quotes in xxxHolic that it’s hard to pick just one. But this particular one of Yûko’s is a key theme of the series of fate versus hitsuzen (inevitability). If you give up before you start, then you’ll never succeed. There’s other good ones where she specifically talks about how words are chains, but either way, if you want to carve out your destiny, then carve it out.
