Today we honor the civil rights movement, including Martin Luther King Jr. While we’ve fortunately made a lot of progress regarding minority rights, there are too many who would still marginalize or demonize them. Let’s keep marching forward to a more inclusive world!

It’s Columbus Day aka Indigenous People’s Day. But this year, it also represents the pre-Prime Day sales. Of course, Amazon’s competitors are coming up with names like “Early Black Friday” sales to compete. That starts tomorrow, Tuesday, and goes through Wednesday. But here are some sales to scoop up today, including some that won’t be around tomorrow.

Today in America, we honor all of our fallen heroes. We will never forget their sacrifice.
In addition, today marks the unofficial start of summer, and while the season may not be what we’re used to, I hope everyone has a good summer anyway. (Or winter, if you live in the southern hemisphere.) Either way, stay safe and stay healthy!
